How to Use

• Directions: Pull out approximately 45cm (18 inches) of dental floss and wind most of it around your two middle fingers, leaving a few inches to work with. Hold the floss taut between your thumbs and index fingers, and gently slide it up and down between your teeth. Curve the floss gently around the base of each tooth, making sure to go beneath the gumline. Use a clean section of floss for each tooth.
