How to Use

• Prep: For best results, soak feet in warm, soapy water for 10–15 minutes to soften hardened skin surfaces.

• Exfoliate: Pat feet partially dry. Use the rough, coarse side to gently scrub away white dead skin layers and thick calluses using back-and-forth strokes.

• Smooth: Flip the tool over and use the fine grit surface to polish and soften the freshly exfoliated skin.

• Finish: Rinse feet completely, pat dry, and lock in moisture by applying a generous layer of deep foot cream or petroleum jelly. Clean and hang the file to dry.
