How to Use & Handle Safety

• Directions: Use a pair of heavy forceps or a dedicated needle holder to firmly grip the unsharpened spine of the blade. Slide the blade slot onto the angled grooves of a compatible scalpel handle until it locks completely into position with an audible click. Never attach or detach surgical blades using bare hands. Following a procedure, detach using a blade remover and immediately drop into a certified sharps container.
